These terms set the conditions for shopping through the dripdrop online store.

Agreement and Eligibility

Using the store or submitting an order indicates acceptance of these terms. You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. Account and checkout information must be accurate and current, and you are responsible for protecting account credentials.

Merchandise Information

We aim to describe our hydration drink mixes and everyday electrolyte products selection clearly. Images can appear different across screens, and availability, specifications, or packaging can change. Genuine errors may be corrected. These terms do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.

Order Review and Acceptance

An automated confirmation means we received the order, not necessarily that acceptance is final. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as failed authorization, suspected fraud, inventory or pricing error, shipping restriction, or unlawful activity. Captured funds for a canceled order will be returned to the original payment method.

USD Pricing, Cards, and Tax

Checkout is conducted in United States dollars (USD). Card transactions require issuer and processor authorization. You confirm that payment and billing information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the card. Sales tax and other applicable taxes are collected when required by law; no promise is made that all destinations are tax-free.

Canceling an Order

Email Support@dripdreca.shop promptly to request cancellation. We can cancel before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy and return procedure apply.

U.S. Delivery

Orders ship only within the United States. Standard delivery is free for every U.S. order, with no minimum spend. Processing normally requires 1–2 business days. Carrier transportation then normally requires 4–6 business days, and tracking is provided. Processing and transportation are separate stages.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligible goods can be returned for any reason within 30 days after delivery. Exchanges are supported. We supply a free prepaid return label and pay eligible ordinary and problem-related return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Exclusions and refund timing appear in the Refund Policy, and those exclusions do not limit remedies for damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete goods.

Prohibited Conduct

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, deception, or infringement.
Do not bypass security, introduce harmful code, disrupt service, or seek access without authorization.
Do not provide false identity or payment data, misuse automated tools, or interfere with another user.

Store Content

Site text, graphics, design, and other material owned by or licensed to dripdrop may be protected by intellectual-property law. Personal shopping access does not grant a right to reproduce or commercially exploit store material.

External Providers and Links

Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics services, and other providers can operate under separate terms. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party sites that we do not control.

Disclaimers and Lawful Limits

To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties and liability may be limited. We are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss where such an exclusion is lawful. Nothing here excludes liability, warranties, or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by laws applicable in Rhode Island, while preserving mandatory consumer protections and without applying conflict-of-law rules to defeat those protections.
