dripdrop delivers exclusively within the United States and charges $0 for standard shipping on every order.

There is no minimum purchase requirement for free standard shipping.

Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days

Order verification, preparation, and packing normally take 1–2 business days. An order submitted after 5:00 PM (America/Los_Angeles) is treated as received on the following business day. Weekends and U.S. holidays do not count as processing business days.

Transportation Time: 4–6 Business Days

Once processing finishes and the carrier receives the parcel, transportation normally takes 4–6 business days. This carrier period is separate from the 1–2 business-day processing time. Weather, carrier interruptions, peak demand, or other events outside reasonable control can affect estimates.

Tracking Number

We send a tracking number after shipment. A carrier may need a short period to record the initial scan before movement appears.

Address Corrections

Check the delivery address before payment. If a correction is needed, email Support@dripdreca.shop before shipment. We will try to assist, but a change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins or the parcel is with the carrier.

Delivery Problems

For unusual tracking delay, a parcel marked delivered but not found, loss, or shipping damage, contact us with the order and tracking details. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by policy and applicable law.
